What we do
The Cambrian Educational Foundation collaborates with the school district and the community to assist in providing students the best education possible. CEF is the school district’s primary partner in providing support and enrichment opportunities that help students at every school receive an impactful and achievement-filled education from the Cambrian School District. Each school’s Home & School Club is a member of the CEF. We grant funds to each school throughout the district, as well as educators and community partners.
Open the Door to More Volunteers
Volunteers make our schools stronger. They support classrooms, field trips, student activities, and school programs—and students benefit when parents and community members can be involved.
The new volunteer clearance process includes a $77 fingerprinting cost, which can be a barrier for some families.
Help Remove the Barrier
CEF has launched the Volunteer Support Fund with an initial $3,000 investment to help provide financial assistance for required fingerprinting.

Keep Librarians in our Elementary schools
Help Keep Our School Libraries Staffed
Recent Cambrian School District budget cuts left no funding for elementary school librarian positions for the 2026–27 school year.
Thanks to our community, we’ve already raised nearly $40,000 toward these positions—but we still need $10,000 more to fully fund librarians for TK–5th grade students.

Congratulations to Fammatre Elementary’s students, teachers, and staff for being our 2025-26 Top Reading School in the district.
